Terms of sale

1. Seller

Wheels in Power srls, Circonvallazione Clodia 163-167, 00195 Rome, Italy, VAT no. 16408021000, email [email protected]. These terms govern distance sales on astrotarots.com.

2. Products

• Course «Leggere Astro Tarots» (digital content, in Italian): 12 video lessons, study pages, fillable digital workbook and PDF, quizzes and a certificate of attendance. One-off purchase, lifetime access for as long as the service runs. The certificate attests attendance and is not a professional qualification.
• Printed A5 workbook, deck (222 cards and PDF guidebook) and box set (rigid box, deck and 240-page hardcover guidebook): physical goods. Deck and box set are on pre-order: payment is taken when ordering and shipping happens as soon as the product is available.
• Premium subscription: auto-renewing digital service, valid in the app and on the website with the same account; cancel any time, effective at the end of the paid period. [PRICE AND FEATURES TO BE DEFINED]

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in euro and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown in the cart before payment [RATES TO BE DEFINED]. Payment via Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). The invoice is available in your area.

4. Contract

The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation email.

5. Delivery

We ship to the countries shown at checkout. Times and carrier: [TO BE DEFINED]. Order status is visible in your area and we email you when the order ships.

6. Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw within 14 days without giving reasons (Italian Consumer Code, art. 52 ff.).

• Physical goods: 14 days from receipt. Tell us at [email protected] and return the goods within 14 days. Return costs are yours. We refund, including standard delivery, within 14 days of your notice, with the same payment method; we may wait until we receive the goods. Pre-orders can be withdrawn before shipping with a full refund.
• Course (digital content): 14 days from purchase. If you ask to start immediately and open a paid lesson, you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal (art. 59(o) Consumer Code). Until you open a paid lesson, you can withdraw with a full refund.
• Subscription: 14 days from subscribing; if you started using it, the refund is proportional to the unused period.

7. Legal guarantee

Physical goods carry the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity.

8. Nature of the service

Readings, course and materials are symbolic and educational: they do not predict the future and do not replace professionals.

9. Complaints
