What data we process and why

• Account (email, optional name, language, Google or Apple identifier if you use that sign-in): to create and keep your single account across website and app. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
• Birth data and natal chart (date, time if you give it, time quality, place with coordinates and time zone): only to calculate and show your chart and link it to readings. You can change or delete them any time in the settings. We do not use them for profiling or share them.
• Readings (date, cards drawn, optional question): to show your archive and apply the daily limit. Please do not write health data or other people’s data in questions.
• Course (progress, workbook answers, quizzes, certificates): to run the course and issue the certificate. The name on the certificate is visible to anyone holding its verification code.
• Purchases (orders, shipping address, invoices): to deliver products and meet tax obligations. Payments are handled by Stripe: we never see or store card data.
• App waiting list (email, language): to notify you once when the app is released.

Processors

Hostinger (EU servers) for the API and database; Cloudflare for the website, CDN and video/image storage; Stripe Payments Europe for payments and invoices; MXroute for email delivery; Google and Apple only if you choose to sign in with them. Transfers outside the EEA rely on GDPR safeguards (standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions).

Retention

Account, chart, readings and course: while the account is active; deleting the account removes them. Orders and invoices: 10 years for tax purposes. Sign-in links: 20 minutes. Waiting list: until the app is released or you ask to be removed.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing by writing to [email protected]. In your area you can delete your natal chart or the whole account. You can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) or your local authority.

Minors

The service is intended for adults.

Nature of the readings

Readings are symbolic, do not predict the future and do not replace doctors, psychologists, lawyers or other professionals. In danger call 112 (EU emergency number); in Italy, 1522 for violence and stalking.
